Yamaha Saxophone thumb rest pearl (cover). Specifically fits Yamaha YAS, YBS, & YTS saxophones. 24mm diameter, with a 17mm inside diameter. Does not fit a YAS-23, that is a different size/20mm. Does not fit a lot of aftermarket, almost Yamaha, horns. Contact me if you wish to verify your model's fit.
